Colorado State University offers several dining options for your event. Customized catering services are available for all occasions, including everything from eloquent dinners, to outdoor cookouts, to premium boxed lunches for adventures on-the-go. All three of our Dining Centers offer Marché style service, with special concept stations such as Italian, Mexican, Chinese, omelette and waffle bars, and so much more. The Lory Student Center is also home to over fifteen retail food venues, the possibilities are truly endless!
